Description
Solgar® EPA / GLA Soft capsules contain the omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids, in addition to GLA. Good fats, also known as omega-3 fatty acids, are essential fatty acids.
They are called essential because the organism is not capable of producing them on its own.
Solgar® EPA / GLA contains the most important types of omega 3, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid).
They are usually found in blue fish such as sardines, mackerel and salmon.
GLA (gamma-linolenic acid), which is also included in this formula, is obtained from borage seed oil.
The borage, which is also known in English with the name of star flower, is a plant that is usually found in Asia, North Africa and Europe.
